Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days
• International Orders: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight and dimensions
• Destination country

We do not currently offer free shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply to certain products (especially paint and art supplies) due to international shipping regulations.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or failure to collect from local post office, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.
