Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for products purchased from NotaBamboo within 14 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags/labels attached
- Calculators and electronic items must show no signs of activation
- Art supplies (paints, markers) must be unopened and sealed
- Notebooks and stationery must show no signs of use
Personalized/customized items and opened art supplies are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
- Submit your refund request through our online form (link provided in your order confirmation email)
- Include clear photos of the product(s) showing their condition
- Wait for our team to review your request (typically within 3 business days)
- If approved, you'll receive return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process your refund
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For damaged or defective items, we may offer replacement instead of refund at our discretion.
International Returns
Customers outside our primary shipping region are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Non-Refundable Items
The following products are final sale and not eligible for returns:
- Downloadable digital products
- Gift cards
- Clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Opened eraser refills and ink cartridges
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
- If unresolved, reply to your refund approval email for assistance
